Your body as a self-healing system

You shall trust me on that statement. It is based on many ancient healing methods, observations and mantras coming from all lands and continents. And in the recent decades it has been numerously researched and confirmed by many scientists and doctors – again – from around the world.

– What does it mean to you personally?

– That means you could be in command of many processes in your body.

Don’t take me wrongly. It is not a denial of medicine, not at all. Spiritual, visual and mental powerful techniques shall integrate with both traditional and alternative medicine beautifully. You probably come across those modern terms: integrative medicine and complimentary medicine. That is where ancient and modern treatments meet and amalgamate with Eastern and Western approaches. Nowadays, official medicine recognise a power of meditation and positive mindset as the healing tools along with conventional practices.

So, let talk about what is ‘mind over matter’ in relation to what is self-healing, or more precisely – self-healing programming.

It is rather simple, however, it requires systematic approach and perseverance.

Practice makes perfect, right? Lets do it.

We have to remind ourselves that our body, by the power of nature, could heal and repair itself by using own internal resources. You must convince yourself that you body, under no circumstances, would let you down.

Here it is – a very powerful affirmative phrase that is worth to be repeated a few times a day:

My body is a self-healing system,

and I know that any pathologic process in my body

 is reversible.

Many people admitted that by the regular use of that mental formula they feel better both physically and mentally, their moods and feelings become optimistic and joyous, and energy level is lifted up.

If you are ready for the next step and wish to get rid of some bothering you conditions whether it is acute or the chronic one – that is an excellent mental exercise for your self-healing. I recommend you to do it twice a day: in the morning and at night, before sleep.

 

  • Close your eyes
  • Visualise a red colour ray of light, and
  • Direct it right into your blood vessels’ system.

Try to observe how that red light is moving inside of your veins, vessels and capillaries, spreading throughout of all your body.

Imagine, how that red ray works in your body, saturating your blood and giving strength to all the organs and systems.

For this exercise to work it is compulsory for at least 2 minutes – not less – to keep focus on the only thought in your mind. That thought is:

My body has been healed, I am healthy,

 all my systems rejuvenate.

The total concentration on that thought is the key to success.

Those 2 minutes will work as a tonic for your health.

Our world is changing rapidly, and so do our views on it. More and more people are coming to the realisation, that there is a close connection between what is happening in the person’s mind and what is happening in his body and how it affects his perception of the reality of his life.
