YOUR HEALTH IS RESTING ON THREE PILLARS: BMI, 80 cm and 94 cm.

What is BMI? It’s Body Mass Index.
And what is it all about? It is how to measure if you are weighing more than desirable.
You can calculate it right now, in a few steps.
Step 1: measure your Height Index. Take your height in cm and square it. Eg. if you are 170 cm in height you calculation would be 1.70 x 1.70 = 2.8900.

Step 2: Your weight in kg divide by the above number:
Say, you weight is 70 kg. Then 70 : 2.890 = 28.876 roughly 28.9

Step 3: What your result means.

• If your BMI 19,5 or less, you are too skinny, that is not healthy and could require medical attention to your possibly hormonal irregularity.

• If you BMI between 20 and 25 it is a norm, indicating a good hormonal status.

• If you BMI between 26 and 30 it means too much of fat is stored in your body which in turn is pointing out at your possible hormonal irregularity.

• Well, any number over 30 is a direct symptom of obesity. And that is not just about larger sizes of your closing. It is damaging for your internal organs as they are squizzed but the huge fat deposits. And in that uncomfortable condition your internal organs struggle to continue to function under stress or even duress.

That means we have to take responsibility for our body and never forget you will not get a spare one.

There is also another parameter that quickly and easily indicates what is the condition of your body and its internal organs and whether they need help.
This parameter is a diameter of your waistline. You just need a measuring tape and nothing else.

It has been verifiably established by medical science that to stay in the limit of normal, men’s diameter should not exceed 94 cm, while for the women it is 79-80 cm.

Anything above those is a warning sign from your body asking for help.
Because if those numbers are over the limit, that means that your testosterone hormone’s reading is below its norm. The wider your waistline is, the lower your testosterone content would be.

When testosterone content is low in men, it means, first of all their worst nightmare, called ‘impotence’. However, the impotence is just a external manifestation of the deficit. The major danger is in the inside when the three important systems suffer: cardio-vascular, urogenital and muscle systems.

Low testosterone in women means a formation of the abdominal fat deposits. This fat is significantly different from other fats, say, fat on the thighs. The latter is practically not much engaged in metabolism and don’t affect general health. It maybe not great for the figure and limit your choice of clothing, but that is all about it.

However, the fat on the tummy is different. It is call a visceral fat. And that fat is as active as endocrinal glands. The abdominal fat not just lowers testosterone level but also violates the whole hormonal balance. What systems and organs do suffer as a result? All of them, without exceptions.

Too much talk from every media about excessive weight and weight loss is getting too obtrusive especially it is presented in the aspect of glossy glamour magazines.

However, it is utterly superficial value comparing with the health issues. And, by the way, one hardly could have looked glamorous if she / he is sick and haggard.

Therefore, 80 cm and 94 cm are the limits. You could overstep them but keep it clear in your mind: every extra cm might cost you one year off your life expectancy.

That is a food for thoughts. Take is seriously.
